I was looking for some good Birria around the Hillsboro area. We tried their quesabirria, birria taco, al pastor burrito and a california burrito. The salsa and consomme were very flavorful. Could eat the burritos without any salsa, lots of flavor in everything. I don't think you can go wrong with anything from Taqueria Corona. Will be a returning customer.
