Right in downtown Forest Grove. Don't be confused by the El Toreador sign out front this is the place you want. Walk straight to the back and order at the counter. The food was great, flavorful and plentiful. It was a pretty slow Thursday afternoon and the two people running the restaurant were polite and gave me exactly what I ordered (pastor enchiladas). It was clean and unassuming. It's obvious why it's a favorite with locals.
