I love this local restaurant and go there regularly after work. Recently there was a mistake with my order, but once it was brought to their attention, they were quick to make it right without hesitation. I was definitely frustrated when I realized the issue late in the evening, couldn’t reach anyone by phone, and had to drive back. That said, mistakes happen, and local businesses are run by real people doing their best. I’m happy it was corrected and that I can now enjoy my dinner. A little patience and kindness go a long way—treat others the way you’d want to be treated.
